Cookout

Friday night we had our first cookout up the canyon of the year.  It was so great to go to the mountains and have a campfire. We decided not to camp over just go up for dinner.  It was great to spend time with some friends and visit.  Cole had such a hard night though he was so fansinated by the fire gut so upset we would not let him play in in.  We got up the canyon and I realized that I did not bring coats for Clint and Cole- I know great mom!  Luckily we called Dan and Marsha and they brought up their jackets.  It is great to have such wonderful friends.

Shay and Emmie- such cute girls!

We told the boys to go on a hike - next thing we know they are way up on top of this little mountain.

Angelman walk 2013

May 18 was the annual Angelman walk in Salt Lake.  We woke up to a major rainstorm but still loaded up and headed to Salt Lake, luckily by time we got there is was mostly done raining.  The walk is so great to connect with families of other angels as well as have all your family there to support you.  We are so very blessed to have such an awsome family that is so supportive of us!  Love you lots.

The walk is only a mile around the park twice but it was great to see how much Cole and Clint have improved since last year.  Then there was a lunch for everyone and then raffle prizes.  It was a great day.

Mountainside Mile - SEM

Mountainside Mile- Running is definately not my kids favorite activity in fact they really wanted to skip school today and just stay home.  It is great for them to participate and even if they don't win the race they tried their hardest and that makes their mom so proud.

Nate is such a great dad he ran the last half with Wyatt encouraging him all the way.  Ada was there cheering him on too.

I Shay getting stretched out to run.  She is such a cutie.  Her dad ran with her a for awhile too.  I guess I did not get to many photos of her running- whoops she did a great job.

SEM - projects.

Wyatt had to do a biography fair for his SEM project he had to pick someone famous and write a poem about them and memorize it and present it to the audience.  He did such a wonderful job he remembered his poem and was not even nervous in front of everyone.  He was Thomas Edison.
Who knows mabey one day he will be famous and someone will do report about him!

Western Night

Western Night is such a fun Tradition at Mountainside Elementary  One night is Daddy Daughter night and then the next night is Mother Son night.  We had a great time square dancing and then ended the night with a root beer float.
