I know January is almost over and most of the yearly resolutions have been forgotten, but my resolution this year or Motto is from President Hinkley.
"Stop seeking out the storms and enjoy more fully the sunlight."
This is my plan for 2013 I know everyone has storms in their life and sometimes it is so easy to focus on them, but this year I want to enjoy the sunlight. Mabey it is all this freezing weather that makes me want sunshine- but really all I want is for me and everyone I love to be happy this year. The major sunlight in my life is my wonderful family and husband. I have a great life and so many blessings I hope I don't lose sight of that. Thanks to everyone in my life you are my sunshine too, I don't know what I would do without my family, my friends, the gospel, my YW class filled with wonderful girls that I love, and to many other blessings to count.
I'll second that! Most negative challenges we may be in the middle of can gain a little more perspective if we focus on what we are grateful for. You are already so, so good at that! I need to take lessons from you about taking a positive perspective! I think I'll write a few new years resolutions myself in that area! THANKS for the idea!
